SALES MANAGER

Paragon Exteriors & Roofing is adding a Sales Manager to fill a key role in our company’s leadership. We are launching a rebranding campaign in the upcoming weeks. Our Sales Manager will be essential in building a successful sales team to implement existing marketing campaigns and work with company leaders to develop new strategies to meet sales goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· This is a newly created position with opportunity for growth. The Sales Manager will coordinate the efficient implementation of existing marketing programs, contribute to developing new campaigns, and become knowledgeable of industry trends in this area.

· Make training presentations, including preparation of materials, when needed.

· Occasionally work in the field with Account Managers as part of the implementation of sales initiatives and training.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of individual campaigns and make informed recommendations to maximize success.

· Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with using internet applications are required.

· Must have access to transportation and always maintain a working cell phone.

COMPENSATION:

· Base pay plus commission – pay structure is negotiable,
