Sales Engineer

Location - Elko(Nevada), Salt Lake City(Utah)

Position Title: Sales and Service Engineer

Designation : Executive

Function: Sales & Service

Purpose-

- Key accounts & Service supports for customers in West USA & Alaska

- Identify opportunities for business value to customers

Role-

- Key Account Management. Supervision Site Installation, Wear Measurement & Liner Inspection at customer site.

- Partnering with customers in achieving their productivity targets and understanding their challenges.

- Submit Pricing / Quotes & Technical proposals.

- Order Management – Monitor customer site inventory, re-orders and delivery.

- Should be able to present basic design solutions.

- Build Connect at site & collect site information. Translating it to tangible actions/information/proposal for Product Team.

- Business retention, growth & Opportunity.

- Involves traveling upto 50%.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline – Mineral Processing/Mining preferred. Exception possible for relevant candidate.

Total Experience: 5+years

Relevant Experience- 3 years minimum

Knowledge & Skills Required

Mandatory- Installations, Site experience

Job Competencies (Behavioral)

Mandatory- Service support, installation supervision, maintenance

Desirable-Hands on with Tools

Preferably Worked In

Previous experience with Mining / Mineral Processing is must.
