Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $44.00

Role Overview
•Implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the unique challenges of Rope Access operations.
•Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
•Provide guidance and support to project teams, including NDT technicians and Rope Access technicians, on safety protocols, equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents.
•Deliver engaging safety training sessions and toolbox talks to enhance awareness and promote a strong safety culture among all employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
•Stay abreast of evolving safety regulations, industry standards, and technological advancements in Non-Destructive Testing and Rope Access techniques, and incorporate relevant updates into HSE programs.
•Support field teams with safety planning and compliance.
•Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters.
What You Will Bring
•Minimum three (3) years work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, in industrial or energy sectors.
•CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent designation preferred.
•Specific knowledge and expertise in Non-Destructive Testing and/or Rope Access an asset.
•Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
•Strong understanding of Alberta's regulatory environment.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
