In this job, you’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategy plans to engage employees and leaders in safety initiatives, in alignment with the Edison Safety mission and vision to eliminate serious injuries and fatalities. As a Safety Communications Senior Advisor, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. This role will lead the strategy for Edison Safety to standardize communication and project efforts ensuring consistency, such as presentation delivery, across department teams. This includes oversight for refreshing the Safety Portal site, developing and publishing content for the CraftComm mobile app for field employees, and reviewing and approving incident learnings in the Weekly Incident Report.

This role will also manage the safety communications strategy for high-visibility safety response, outreach and messaging, and will partner with project teams in the department and Company to coordinate safety program communication plan development.
