Rough and Finish Carpenter

Just Right Home Services is expanding and looking for skilled, detail-oriented team members with a passion for carpentry and remodeling. Known for our high-quality work, we offer a mix of framing and finish carpentry that keeps the job engaging every day. We value commitment to detail and want the players on our team to do work that makes people say “wow”.

We will provide 32 to 40 hour work weeks, stability and opportunities for career advancement in exchange for your commitment to excellence. We plan to add benefits packages to our incentives as we continue to grow. We welcome experienced carpenters and those looking to start a career.

Most projects are in Grand Traverse and Antrim Counties, with occasional work in surrounding areas. Reliable transportation is a must, and applicants should be based in northern Michigan. Pay will be based on skills and experience, with entry-level helpers starting at $18/hour and opportunities up to $40/hour, with opportunities for pay increases as skills develop.
