Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be proficient in various installation techniques. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards.

Duties

•

Install fixtures, trim, and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.

•

Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square to maintain structural integrity.

•

Fabricate custom wood pieces as needed for specific projects.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.

•

Conduct water damage restoration tasks when necessary, ensuring proper repair methods are followed.

•

Engage in metal stud framing for interior construction projects as needed.

•

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work with other construction elements.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

•

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of fixture installation techniques and carpentry best practices.

•

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry work.

•

Experience in maintenance person services is a plus, providing versatility in project execution.

•

Previous involvement in water damage restoration projects is advantageous.

•

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is essential.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for successful project completion.
