Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rollforming Setter Operator located in Burlington, ON. The Rollforming Setter Operator will be responsible for operating and setting up rollforming machines used in the manufacturing process. The position entails monitoring the machine to ensure that it is working correctly and making adjustments as needed. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining the machine, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience with rollforming machines and manufacturing processes

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting

- Ability to perform basic math calculations and read measuring instruments

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Post-secondary education or certification in mechanical engineering or manufacturing is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$37.50 per hour
