Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. As a Tow Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services while maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

- Operate manual transmission vehicles and ensure proper handling during transport.

- Engage in commercial driving activities, including towing and transporting vehicles as needed.

- Manage conflict situations with customers professionally and effectively.

- Operate flatbed trucks for loading and unloading vehicles or equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.

- Valid commercial driving license preferred for operating various vehicles.

- Background in automotive repair with hands-on mechanic experience is essential.

- Strong conflict management skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

- Ability to operate flatbed trucks safely, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures are followed.

- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients.

- Experience in driving tow trucks or similar vehicles is an advantage.
