Revenue & Inventory Manager
Role Overview
The Revenue & Inventory Manager will lead the resort’s room revenue strategy, maximizing occupancy and profitability across transient, group, and event segments. This position is responsible for pricing, inventory control, data analysis, and channel management in close collaboration with key operational and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Strategy
•Develop and implement pricing, yield, and distribution strategies across all segments based on demand trends and pace.
•Actively manage room types and rate categories to drive optimal mix and profitability.
•Monitor group pickup and release inventory strategically to preserve high-value dates.
Inventory Control
•Maintain accurate room inventory across systems, adjusting availability based on forecast and demand shifts.
•Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Reservations teams to manage group blocks and special event allocations.
Reporting & Analytics
•Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and segment performance.
•Analyze booking patterns, channel trends, and comp set performance to inform decision-making.
Channel & Distribution Oversight
•Manage rate parity and positioning across OTAs, brand channels, and GDS.
•Coordinate pricing and availability updates in all revenue and property management systems.
Collaboration & Optimization
•Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue-related strategy.
•Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Resort Operations to align efforts and optimize performance.
System Management & Support
•Maintain and optimize functionality of RMS/PMS systems used for revenue and inventory management.
•Provide training and guidance to team members interacting with rates, inventory, and forecasting tools.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.
•, preferably in a luxury or resort environment.
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Willingness to work occasional weekends and peak dates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
