Responsibilities:

•

Represent our brand in retail settings, engaging with customers to promote our products/services and drive sales.

•

Attend Pittsburgh events including sporting events, concerts, beer and wine festivals, tradeshows, food festivals and engage in the promotion of our clients products and services on site.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to ensure product visibility and sales success.

•

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

•

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize earnings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

•

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements:

•

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

•

Previous experience in retail sales, event management, marketing, human resources, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.

•

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

•

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

•

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

•

Must be motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
