Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential and small business customers in MA. You'll educate them about the advantages of subscribing to a local community solar farm, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our community solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.

Sales Targets: You'll have sales targets to meet, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers into enthusiastic community solar subscribers.

Expected yearly pay with draw and minimum commissions: $70,000 - $125,000.00 per year, but for experienced sales representatives, the potential is uncapped.
