Job Summary:

As a Residential Pre-Sale Inspector, you will conduct thorough exterior inspections of residential properties. Your inspections will be focused on roofing, windows, gutters, siding and doors. Your detailed reports will help homeowners understand the condition of their property and any recommended repairs or upgrades, facilitating informed decisions without sales pressure. A company truck will be provided for travel during work hours, and customers will be acquired through signing customers up for free estimate appointments via door-to-door canvassing.

Base Salary (Paid Weekly)

Commission (Paid Weekly):

$45 for every inspection flipped to a demoed sales appointment (Demoed*= Sales Rep gets a chance to pitch our services and products to the customer. Purchase isn't necessary for appointment to be commissionable).
