We take pride in the quality of our work, our drive, and our adaptability. We are looking for HVAC installers with at least 3 years of experience on single family custom homes to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

•

Install HVAC systems in residential properties according to specifications and building codes.

•

Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.

Skills

•

Strong mechanical knowledge/ aptitude.

•

Ability to perform work from ladders and in confined spaces.

•

Possession of common sense and the willingness to use it.

•

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.

•

Willingness and drive to continue education through company and industry trainings.

•

Ability to read a manual J&D

Requirements

•

Install experience as a lead

•

Ability to set a furnace

•

Experience installing on large custom homes

•

Knowledge to count CFM

Pay Scale

•

Starting at $28/hr depending on experience.

A background check may not disqualify you for this position. Basic hand tools are required, but can be purchased through us. Power tools are supplied by the company as needed.
