Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Residential Field Specialist! Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database)

- Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

- Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

- Travel throughout a defined territory

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- 3-4 years of relevant industry experience

- High school diploma or GED required

Physical Nature of the Job

- Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently

- Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time

- Use repetitive hand motion

- Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds

- Use power tools

- This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers

Driving

- Are at least 21 years of age

- Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
