Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Remodeling Field Assistant/Laborer to support our field operations team. This role involves assisting in day-to-day construction/remodeling tasks, maintaining job site organization, supporting team members, and ensuring timely project progress. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn construction and remodeling practices.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with demolition, framing, flooring, cabinetry, and other remodeling tasks as directed
•Pick up tools, materials from preferred vendors and retailers
•Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
•Support team member by prepping areas and carrying materials
•Perform minor repairs and installations under supervision
•Take accurate measurements
•Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and timelines
•Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Positive attitude and desire to help people
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•1+ years of construction or remodeling experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
•Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
•Basic knowledge of power tools and construction techniques
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. A work vehicle will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
