Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The successful candidate will be charged with providing regulatory and administrative support to assist the team in complying with Federal, State and County regulations. Must be GIS proficient.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for providing regulatory compliance and administrative support
•Monitor upcoming regulatory filing dates as well as prepare associated reports as requested
•Assist in compiling data to submit accurate and on time completion of regulatory reporting
•Prepare and maintain GIS files for regulatory reporting and compliance
•Maintain permitting, facility and well records electronically and paper files
•Assist in special projects and research as required
•Establish and help foster positive relationships with Federal, State and County governmental regulatory personnel as required
Requirements
•Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, planning, or related field
•Ability to confidently interface with regulatory personnel
•Exceptional detail orientation
•Advanced experience with Microsoft Office projects including Office, Word, Excel, Data Bases, Power Point.
•Advanced experience with Geographical Information System (GIS) programs
•Excellent communication skills and ability to readily interface with diverse personnel including senior management, field personnel, agency personnel, officials, and the public
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in multiple cross discipline team-oriented groups involving land, engineering and geologic departments
•Organized and able to multi-task on a daily basis with assorted changes to forms, regulations and procedures

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
