We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance for our clients worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional VP/Director to join our team.
The Regional Director / Regional Vice President is responsible for leading our East Coast operations, with a focus on growing our footprint in the Oil & Gas (O&G) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sectors. This executive leader is accountable for the full P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and EBITDA delivery, across a geographically dispersed network of locations. This Regional Director/Regional Vice President is a results driven, strategic operator and commercial leader. This role will own and execute the regional strategy in alignment with the company’s national goals while building high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and championing safety and customer satisfaction.

•Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the regional strategy to support the broader company objectives, with a focus on scalability, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
•P&L Ownership: Manage the full regional P&L; drive revenue, margin, and EBITDA growth across all locations and service lines.
•Business Growth: Deliver year-over-year growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, expanding market share in O&G and LPG, and deepening existing customer relationships.
•Commercial Leadership: Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer centricity. Develop pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs.
•Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Talent Management: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team. Actively coach and mentor operational leaders to deliver performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
•Safety Champion: Drive a strong safety culture with proactive risk management and adherence to HSE protocols.
•Performance Management: Monitor and manage key performance metrics including EBITDA, revenue, gross margin, safety incidents, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

7. Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Significant, proven experience and a verifiable record of performance may be considered in lieu of formal educational requirements
•10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in TIC, industrial services, or energy sectors, with strong exposure to O&G and LPG markets.
•Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record of growing businesses and improving profitability.
•Strong analytical and financial acumen with expertise in EBITDA, margin management, and cost optimization.
•Commercially minded with a customer-first mindset and a history of building enduring client relationships.
•Experience leading in private equity-backed or performance-driven environments is strongly preferred.
•Skilled at leading change, building teams, and instilling a high-performance, safety-driven culture.
