As a member of Myrtha Pools USA, the Regional Design Manager will be an integral part of design coordination for US projects, facilitating critical discussions with project design teams and counterparts in our Italian headquarters.
Location: Denver, CO with domestic and international (Italy) travel.
The Regional Design Manager will focus on the day-to-day coordination of the individual project(s) and tasks assigned to them. Such activities include but are not limited to the following:
· Interpret client drawings and relate them to Myrtha standards of design for shop drawing development.
· Lead the design process from kickoff to shop drawings approval and release to manufacturing.
· Communicate project needs and client requests clearly and fully to Myrtha technical team in Italy HQ.
· Coordinate within workflow process to manage project timelines and client expectations.
· Support sales/technical staff by developing creative Myrtha design solutions satisfying customer requests (using BlueBeam /Cad/Revit).
· Coordinate with trades (structural, mechanical, electrical, aquatic designers) and project key-players (pool contractor, sales manager, general contractor, developer) as needed to successfully consolidate the specifications and details of a Myrtha pool through design process.
· Assist sales staff with technical presentations (both remote and face to face).
· Develop productive working relationships with industry partners such as aquatic design firms, architects and contractors.
Applicants should have a background and/or education in project management, engineering, architecture or another applicable field associated with manufacturing or processes.
Ideal applicants will have strong time management and communication skills and be comfortable working with evolving timelines, project parameters and structures.
The ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with fellow team members and industry partners is highly valued.
