Vibration Analyst - Marathon St. Paul Park Refinery
Job Summary: Marathon St. Paul Park Refinery is seeking a Vibration Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring vibration levels of rotating equipment, analyzing data, and reporting findings to ensure optimal equipment reliability. The Vibration Analyst will work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to diagnose vibration-related issues and establish repair/replacement scopes. As a degreed engineer, the Vibration Analyst will also have the opportunity to apply engineering principles to assess equipment performance and recommend improvements. This may include optimizing rotating equipment design, enhancing reliability strategies, and implementing predictive maintenance solutions based on vibration analysis findings. The role requires a strong understanding of machinery diagnostics, condition monitoring techniques, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance.
The position operates on a Monday-Thursday, 4/10 schedule and will be required to be on-call for two weeks per year.
