Job Summary

We’re looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as Pickers in our Downstream Operation and Shredder area. This is an outdoor role in dusty conditions. All safety equipment is provided except steel toe boots – you’ll need to bring your own. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Pay: Starts at $10/hour, with an increase to $12/hour after 3 months based on performance
