Facility Contract Services is a Florida-based contract services company responsible for employing and managing personnel for municipal clients. Facility Contract Services is currently seeking dynamic and goal-driven employees for the City of Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department. Under the direction of the Division Director of Recreation, the position oversees operations and programs at a recreational facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning and managing recreational programs, promoting special events, ensuring safety standards, and supervising facility operations personnel. Additionally, the abilityto establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and the general public is crucial for this role. Work is evaluated through meetings and reports for adherence to established policies and procedures.
