How will you work: You will be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Are you passionate about ensuring safe and environmentally sound operations? As an Area Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous operations of our facility. You will manage and execute the daily operations schedule, effectively delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs). You will communicate the daily operational plan to the production supervisor, incorporating routine messages at the appropriate level. Additionally, you will manage and comply with established Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems (EHS MS) programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements. Your technical expertise will be essential as you possess a department-specific understanding of processes and equipment, articulate how processes work, and teach and coach your assigned team. You will oversee the department’s employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency requirements as identified in policies.
