- Manage both physical and digital inventory for various departments
- Ensure records are maintained according to company standards
- Prepare, update and maintain records in the company database according to established priorities and procedures
- Retrieve and/or send records to and from offsite storage when instructed
- Scan company records as needed and according to department policies
- Audit file reports from the company database in accordance with company policies
- Assist with special projects as needed and other miscellaneous projects as required
- Proven experience in records management or related field is a plus, but not required
- Ability to plan and organize work and handle complex records and processes
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
