- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services to assist clients effectively.
- Manage clients' accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote our services on social media.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions and manage customer data.
- Resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance and improve service delivery.
- 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate license is a bonus
