Position Summary

Supervises a ready mix concrete plant operations. Maintains equipment and material to produce concrete and ensures delivery of requested products to the client and their subcontractors. Responsible for the safety of plant personnel and assuring that our customer adheres to our safety practices. Also provides the Plant Manager with timely and accurate reports and briefings as required. Coordinates daily production and delivery activities with Plant Manager. May be required to schedule to ensure timely distribution of concrete while maintaining client satisfaction. Reports to the Area Plant Manager

This position is located in the Seven Points, TX area.

Essential Functions

Preferred Education and Experience* High School diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Physical Requirements* Exercise independent decision-making, prioritize conflicting demands, and communicate with multiple associates.

Working Conditions

Most time is spent in an outside setting that may require various periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry. On occasions, time will be spent in an office environment. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc. Must be able to work early mornings and/or evenings, and be available Monday thru Saturday.
