Quality Control Inspector

This is an entry level Quality Control role in a manufacturing environment. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting materials and recording/maintaining data while following company polices/procedures around Quality and Safety.
•
Conduct a variety of dimensional, welding, and machining inspections for incoming and outgoing metal products using calibrated gages and tools
•
Record accurate and comprehensive inspection documents
•
Follow process checklists and procedures and coordinate inspection activity with department supervision
•
Follow Company Quality Control and Safety procedures/policies
•
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
•
Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment is a plus.
•
Quick learner
•
Ability to follow instructions
•
Excellent communication skills
•
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings
•
Strong safety habits
•
Ability to use measuring gages/equipment
