As a Quality Assurance Auditor at Rable Machine Inc., you play a critical role in maintaining the quality systems policies and procedures. You work closely with our entire team to audit compliance with a variety of ISO related activities - from the Front Office to the Shop floor. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is essential in helping us deliver superior products to our customers every single time.
1. Audit and reporting internal compliance to company ISO policies and procedures.
3. Auditing and measuring effectiveness of Corrective Action Reports (8-D’s). Identifying gaps and potential solutions for them.
4. Creating and/or modifying gaps in existing policies, procedures and forms.
5. Auditing compliance with applicable customer specifications & standards.
6. Auditing production in-process discipline as defined by the Inspection Sheet.
7. Help train & educate production personnel in the proper use of measurement instruments, in-process inspection techniques, and good quality practices.
8. As needed, help write production specific work instructions.
9. Collaborate with the production team to identify and address quality issues, deviations, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
10. Assist in root cause analysis for quality-related problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing manufacturing processes and QC & QA procedures.
12. Support compliance that measuring equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained to ensure accurate measurements.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints, tolerances, and applicable specifications.
· Willing to learn new skills regarding the job
· Experience using quality gages, tools, and inspection equipment.
· Preferred proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards.
· Basic to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
