Provide independent oversight of Energy Northwest programs and processes by performing assessments to ensure the Quality Assurance Program is implemented in accordance with regulations. This is a very experienced position requiring extensive knowledge of the plant and governing regulations with considerable latitude for independent action with minimum supervisor direction. This position is a technical leader and mentor of other auditors and lead auditors. This position has a major role in the implementation of the plant Quality Assurance Program and demonstrates leadership behaviors in high-level standards, accountability, and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university AND eight years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
An Associate's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university AND ten years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
A High School diploma/GED AND twelve years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university AND five years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
An Associate's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university AND seven years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
A High School diploma/GED AND nine years of progressive experience in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, operation, maintenance, or another technical role.
Certified Lead Auditor (ANSI) or ability to certify within one year.
Prior work experience within Quality at a nuclear power facility or Navy nuclear (military).
SRO/plant certification or ten years or more in nuclear power plant experience.
Quality Auditor III - Quality Services Salary: $119,107 - $178,661
Quality Auditor II - Quality Services Salary: $103,563 - $155,345
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
