Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with FDA regulations. This role involves conducting quality inspections, and analyzing data to maintain high-quality control standards. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and compliance in all manufacturing processes.
Duties
•
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
•
Perform quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 9001 requirements.
•
Analyze inspection data and report findings to management, identifying areas for improvement.
•
Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
•
Utilize Mcosmo software for data collection, analysis, and reporting related to quality control processes.
•
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and any non-conformance issues.
•
Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience
•
Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
•
Familiarity with FDA regulations, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and QA/QC methodologies.
•
Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software, including Mitutoyo.
•
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
•
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
