QA Automation Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a QA Automation Analyst III with strong experience in manual and automated testing to support software quality delivery. The role involves developing test scripts, preparing and executing UAT, defect tracking, and working closely with Agile teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts using UFT.

- Prepare and execute UAT test cases aligned with business requirements.

- Conduct API testing using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER, or similar.

- Write and execute SQL queries for CRUD operations.

- Track and manage defects in Jira; maintain traceability matrices.

- Perform multiple testing types: regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance.

- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality releases.

Requirements

- 8+ years in test case writing, execution, and test planning. - 8+ years with SDLC, requirements traceability, and usability concepts. - 8+ years with Xray Test Case Management Tool. - 8+ years with SQL queries, CI/CD pipelines, and API testing. - 8+ years automation scripting with UFT.

- Strong experience with Jira for defect management and reporting.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
