Business Analyst, Assoc (QA-Tester)

We are searching for Business Analyst, Assoc on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment (W-2) The person will be Designing, developing, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.

Location: Onsite Can Site In One Of The Sites Below.

- Central Broward - 7201 Cypress, Plantation, FL

- LFO – 4200 W Flagler, Coral Springs

- We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $66,560 to $76,960 annually.

- 1 yr. contract assignment (W-2)

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual and automated testing, including regression testing, to ensure product quality.

- Create and manage defect tracking documentation, coordinating with developers for resolution.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for higher efficiency.

- Develop and maintain testing scripts and test environments.

- Report on testing status, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a QA-Tester or Quality Testing Engineer, with hands-on experience in Salesforce a plus

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
