Propane Delivery Driver

Star-Tex Propane, LLC, a part of the Edge Energy Group, is a retail propane distributor serving over 18,000 customers in Central Texas through offices in Waco, Burnet, Lampasas, Gatesville, College Station Texas. Edge Energy Group is expanding through acquisitions in Texas and other states.

Position

Propane Delivery Drivers will deliver propane to residential and commercial customers, assist with service calls, and set tanks when needed. Providing exceptional customer service will be a large part in this role along with responsibility of maintaining assigned vehicle, completion of all necessary paperwork and maintaining all DOT requirements for the proper handling and distribution of propane.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

· Required to obtain (Class B) Commercial Driver's License (CDL) containing a Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake Endorsements and DOT Medical Card within first 60 days.

· Required to obtain Texas Railroad Commission certifications for bobtail operations.

· Have knowledge of the Federal and State DOT rules and regulations.

· Have general mechanical abilities.

· Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.

· Provide excellent customer service, and communication skills.

· Have a good knowledge of geographical area.
