What You’ll Do

- Plan and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

- Coordinate with fabricators, welders, subcontractors, and vendors

- Spend the bulk of your day on the road, visiting project construction sites to keep everything running smoothly

- Identify bottlenecks on the ground and devise creative, outside-the-box solutions

- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and on-time deliverables

- Communicate progress clearly with clients and senior leadership

- Troubleshoot unexpected challenges with calm, can-do energy

Who You Are

- Exceptionally organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented

- A natural communicator who can rally a team and build strong relationships

- A creative problem-solver who sees opportunities where others see roadblocks

- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities

- Eager to learn—prior experience in construction or metal fabrication is a plus, but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
