Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager, emphasize on Structural Steel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop comprehensive project documentation.

- Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in project management roles, preferably in Structural Steel or related construction fields.

- Experience supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
