Summary:

Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions provides turnkey, engineered, and standard industry solutions in food and beverage, intralogistics, and the home and personal care space based on customer needs. As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of project success, steering complex projects from conception to completion. Your strategic vision will guide multidisciplinary teams through the intricacies of project execution, ensuring that each milestone is met with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each phase aligns with the overarching business goals and objectives for simple and complex projects

- Team Leadership: Cultivate a dynamic team environment, providing mentorship and support to project members, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as applications, engineering, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing and field service

- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering regular updates and nurturing a relationship built on transparency and trust

- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and timelines

- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on project delivery

- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations

- Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

- Support: project report outs through presentations, effective project management tools such as project schedule, excel, meeting minutes and RAIL

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field

- 5+ years of project management experience

- Capital equipment knowledge is required, food and beverage and automation industry experience are preferred

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred

Travel Requirement:

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to meet project requirements and team coordination needs.
