Project Manager - Electricial

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Electrical construction to lead and coordinate electrical projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve issues swiftly.

- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

- Oversee construction site activities related to electrical systems installation, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to project schedules.

- Facilitate project meetings to update teams on milestones, risks, and upcoming tasks; foster a collaborative environment for problem-solving.

- Ensure accurate reading of schematics and technical drawings for efficient installation and troubleshooting during project execution.

Requirements

- Proven experience in electrical construction management with a strong understanding of construction site operations.

- Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating techniques.

- Familiarity with construction management practices including scheduling, resource allocation, safety standards, and quality control.

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Construction site experience with a focus on electrical systems installation is highly preferred.

- Relevant certifications or training in project management or electrical systems are advantageous. Pay: $80,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
