Energy Electric Co., Inc. (EEC) is looking for an accomplished Project Executive to join our leadership team. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale electrical construction projects—driving success from project award through closeout.

As a Project Executive, you’ll provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field leadership while serving as both an operational driver and a cultural leader. What You’ll Do

- Lead Projects from the Start: Set project scope, objectives, and deliverables while building high-performing teams.

- Drive Execution: Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout of large-scale electrical systems.

- Stay in Control: Manage schedules, budgets, and scope changes with precision, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.

- Engage Clients & Partners: Build trust, foster strong relationships, and deliver clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Inspire & Mentor: Lead, coach, and develop project managers, assistant project managers, and field staff while modeling EEC’s cultural fundamentals.

- Protect Quality & Safety: Uphold compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards while conducting quality inspections and audits.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects at the executive or senior project management level.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders.

- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing successful teams.

- Strong communication and client-relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve challenges.

- Commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
