Our organizational structure allows for "Swiss-Army knife contributors" who have the ability to fulfill various roles depending on the project type, their interest, expertise, and availability.
These functional divisions include:
- project owner, (B) subject matter expert / advisor, (C) individual contributor / design engineer, (D) research analyst or (E) external relationship manager
The role of Project Engineer is ideal for a mid-career candidate who may be interested in
someproject management or have
someoutward facing responsibilities but still stay involved in design engineering and may be feeling pigeon-holed or up against a ceiling at their current role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field - 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Resident or willing relocate to Austin, TX area
