We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our operations and contributing to the smooth scheduling and execution of sub-metering projects. You’ll support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation aspects of our sub-metering projects, contributing to smooth operations and timely project completion. Your role will include:
- Schedule and coordinate projects, ensuring technicians have access and property managers are informed.
- Work with the property managers and clients on meter replacements, troubleshooting, and reinspection projects.
- Collect and organize project and service scope data, understand the scope of work and communicate the scope and requirements to the technicians.
- Assemble, control, and manage documents and schedules.
- Handle data entry and documentation management in the Head End System (HES) and monday.com.
- Monitor, assign, and track incoming service tickets for metering support.
- Assist with coordinating accommodations and technical equipment for field teams.
- Review field reports and documents for accuracy and completeness to meet Quality Management System and project scope requirements.
- Coordinate retrofits and reinspection to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the office team.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator, administrative, or scheduling role. Experience in the sub-metering, utilities, or construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Education: A diploma or degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ERP or HES systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage interactions with clients, technicians, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
