Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution. This role offers an opportunity to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure developments. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in driving project success while maintaining safety, budget, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil 3D models to ensure accurate project execution.

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; adjust schedules using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam as needed.

- Manage project documentation, including estimates, change orders, RFIs, and safety reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.

- Oversee resource allocation, procurement activities, and construction estimating processes.

- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones, costs, and timelines effectively.

- Provide leadership in resolving project issues promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management or civil engineering roles with a strong background in managing large-scale projects.

- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and civil 3D modeling.

- Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.

- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and cost control practices.

- Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Prior experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
