Job Overview::

Due to Company growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities & Duties::

•

Manage project billing review process and assist with invoice approvals and payment follow-up

•

Track and report on project expenses, resource hours, backlog, and forecasted spend

•

Interface regularly with client or internal managers to support project alignment and communication

•

Maintain project execution status and create new opportunities in Unanet

•

Support document control and flow of engineering design submittals, processes, and reviews

•

Attend regular client coordination calls and provide follow-up as needed

•

Provide general administrative support to the Charlotte Leadership team

•

Welcome and assist visitors to the office, maintaining a professional front-office presence

Qualifications & Skills::

•

Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field is preferred

•

3+ years of experience in administrative and/or project support

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

•

Familiarity with project management systems; Unanet experience preferred

•

Must be self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision, and possess the temperament to deal pleasantly and efficiently with both customers and co-workers

•

Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the local management team

•

Strong organizational and communication skills

•

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
