Salary Range: $85,900 - $118,100; depending upon experience and location.
The Quality Management Program Manager provides leadership in the development of foundational business processes for the implementation of a Quality Management System (cultural and technical impacts) across Avangrid Networks. The Quality Management System outlines the company’s approach to managing the interrelated business processes that contribute to its effectiveness and efficiency in meeting customer and stakeholder requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. This position requires frequent interactions with cross-functional teams with the purpose of producing documents written clearly and concisely appropriate for the business function. The candidate should have an eye for detail and process while also being flexible and open-minded.
Manages programs and projects. Accountable for program/project delivery including scope and business case development, planning, execution, monitoring, and close out. Prepares program/project plans, tracks and manages program/project performance against plans, and takes corrective action. Reports progress status to management. Leads cross-functional project teams spanning multiple business areas filling the role of lead team member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides direction and leads decision making. Promotes the development and implementation of standard processes and procedures. Supports Process Owners in the development and implementation of business processes and standard operating procedures. Executes process analysis, identifies interdependencies, overlaps and gaps and makes recommendations to process owner and management to promote efficiencies. Propose and implement interventions wherever gaps or overlaps are identified, or issues arise
