Purpose of Role:The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the program in alignment with strategic business goals, schedule deadlines, and budget constraints. This program aims to transform the Minerals Division Original Equipment (OE) sales process by integrating product selection, configuration, pricing, and quoting capabilities into a unified, streamlined workflow. The Program Manager will lead multiple in-flight cross-functional projects, manage integrated teams across sales, engineering, IT, and other functions, and ensure successful business adoption and process standardization.Reporting to: Sr. Director Enterprise Program Management Office & Quality Systems

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy
•Lead the program from initiation through execution to successful closure.
•Align program scope and deliverables with strategic business objectives.
•Drive transformation of the OE sales process to enable faster, more accurate quoting with full process visibility.
Program Scope & Governance
•Reaffirm and manage overall program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•Coordinate governance structures including Executive Steering Committees, stakeholder forums, and working groups.
•Oversee change control processes in collaboration with the program change manager, ensuring effective communication of changes.
Program Planning & Control
•Develop and maintain an integrated master plan which outlines the major events and accomplishments that need to occur for successful program completion.
+ Define hard constraints such as schedule deadlines and/or budget limitations
+ Define all project work using a Work Breakdown Structure
+ Work with leadership to identify and allocate resources needed to accomplish the program
+ Develop the integrated master schedule which sequences the work and resources into a detailed networked schedule.
•Direct cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, and sales including regional adoption teams to execute the program plan.
•Establish stakeholder communication plans and deliver clear, concise reporting to executive leadership.
Risk, Issue & Opportunity Management
•Identify and mitigate risks across technical, project, and supplier domains.
•Document and resolve issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Evaluate and incorporate opportunities to enhance program execution and value.
Change Management & Business Adoption
•Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
•Promote standardization and integration of the OE sales process across regions and functions.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
•Define and track program success criteria using KPIs, milestones, and technical metrics.
•Conduct regular program reviews and implement continuous improvement practices.
•Identify program success criteria through milestones, metrics, technical success criteria and key deliverables.
Safety & Environmental Stewardship
•Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety requirements, including Zero Harm.
•Lead adherence to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
•Promote environmental stewardship and align program objectives with environmental targets.
Compliance and Accreditation
•Ensure program governance is in line with Weir policy and procedures
•Stay current with industry best practices, methodologies, and tools relevant to program management.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, business management, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/program management certification is ideal.
Experience
•15+ years of experience as Program Manager/Director with a proven track record of successful complex program delivery in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience in sales process transformation or quoting systems is highly desirable.
•Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Demonstrated experience managing programs using traditional (Waterfall), Agile, and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project complexity and organizational needs.
Technical Skills
•Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, and PLM.
•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
•Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

•Proven ability to manage conflict, negotiate priorities, and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
