- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to travel as needed to support program objectives
This position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement. While most responsibilities can be performed from a home office, occasional on-site collaboration at Tempel Steel’s corporate facility or visits to manufacturing areas may be required, depending on business needs. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with frequent virtual meetings and cross-functional communication to support alignment and productivity.
