Professional Engineer - Oil & Gas Facilities / Pipelines

We are currently looking for an Engineer (P.Eng) to join our team at our Lacombe, AB branch office, located near Red Deer, AB.

As a Project Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Stamping Engineering Design Packages for facilities & pipeline projects

- Facility/Process Design

- Project Cost Estimates

- Project Scheduling

- A strong commitment to working safely and protecting the safety of others

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (Chemical, Petroleum, etc.)

- Registered as a P.Eng with APEGA

- ~8 years of oil & gas experience

- In-depth knowledge of CSA Z662, ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes

- Construction & Operations field experience

- Be highly analytical and the ability to establish strong internal and external relationships

- Be energetic, resilient, collaborative and goal oriented

- Any relevant experience in the upstream or midstream oil and gas industry

- Experience leading client meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
