Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and production targets are met.

•

Identify disruptions or delays and adjust schedules as necessary to address.

•

Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.

•

Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to maintain optimal stock for production

•

Manage the production team, providing guidance and support to promote a safe and productive work environment.

•

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines to identify areas for improvement.

•

Work jointly with programming, project managers, and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.

•

Analyze production data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.

•

Collaborate with team members to assist in company projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

•

Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

•

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.

•

Strong understanding of production planning and control methodologies.

•

Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

•

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

•

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation based on applicable experience
