Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment with the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate components as needed.

•

Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging.

•

Package products securely for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and documented.

•

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely when required.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

•

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

•

Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly line, or factory environment is preferred.

•

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

•

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

•

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.

•

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
