Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, DOE

Overview: The Bergaila Companies are currently seeking Production Operators to join our growing team of Oil & Gas professionals in support of one of our upstream clients operating near Carrizo Springs, Texas. This contract role offers competitive hourly pay, travel flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a respected name in the energy staffing sector.

Responsibilities:

•

Operate and monitor well site and CPF equipment, including 2- and 3-phase separators, pumping units, compressors, POC systems, and plunger lift

•

Safely oversee free-flowing and artificial lift production operations

•

Maintain accurate production data, flow rates, and equipment inspections

•

Operate and perform checks on LACT units for crude oil transfer

•

Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting/repairs

•

Collaborate with field team members and communicate findings or concerns

•

Follow all HSE and regulatory policies to maintain a zero-incident environment

•

Support optimization efforts to maximize production efficiency

Requirements:

•

2–5 years of oil & gas production experience in a field environment

•

Strong working knowledge of plunger lift systems, pumping units, compressors, and CPF operations

•

Experience with Pump-Off Controllers (POC) and LACT units

•

Self-starter with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

•

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

•

Must be able to work within an 80-mile radius of Carrizo Springs, TX

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Previous experience in the Eagle Ford Shale region

•

Certifications such as H2S, PEC/SafeLand, and First Aid/CPR
