What will I do as a Production Operator:
Within the Casting department, you will play an important role in supporting the casting process from beginning to end. You’ll work hands-on with machinery and materials, helping to shape aluminum parts using heat and specialized equipment. This position involves working around high temperatures and molten metal, so attention to safety and quality is essential. You’ll receive training to operate machines, monitor production, and assist with basic maintenance tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
