We are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers/Forklift Operators. Owl’s Head Alloys is a 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) offering competitive pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401 k and 401 k match. No cost for employee only medical, dental and vision. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. Vacation after 90 days.

12 hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off. 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following standard work instructions, safely and efficiently, each production worker shall:

- Perform daily safety checks at the beginning of each shift.

- Prepare materials for the rotary melting furnaces.

- Skim and sample aluminum poured out of the rotary furnace.

- Remove, label and weigh the aluminum poured out of the rotary furnace.

- Clean and coat launders as needed between each furnace pour.

- Skim and sample aluminum poured out of the holding furnace.

- Remove, label, stack, band and weigh the aluminum casted out of the holding furnace.

- Load and unload trucks.

- Move and stack materials.

- Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials.

- General housekeeping duties in the production area.

- Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures.

- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
